What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.

When will my order be shipped?
In stock items are posted within two working days.
If you are ordering a custom piece we will let you know how long it will take make.
On average, allow two weeks for items that incorparate porcelain and 1 week for silver items.

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you have any problems please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item unless the goods are damaged or faulty. All returned goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We offer full refunds on all our work, excluding sale items and custom orders that are not part of our usual range. Money will be refunded via Paypal less original postage charges.
All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

What about customs duties?
Any custom duties or taxes applied are the responsibility of the recipient

Do you wholesale?
Yes, we stock our work in a small amount of stores around Australia.
